Dear ESNers - do you like hikes? And do you want to go seal watching? If so, then join us for a trip to Forvie Sands Nature Reserve on Saturday, 12th November, and you'll have the opportunity to spot some amazing wildlife!
The Forvie Sands National Nature Reserve is one of the largest sand dunes systems and lies at the delta of River Ythan, just 15 miles north of Aberdeen. This is a great day to spend in the nature and you will be rewarded for your walk with some amazing seal and bird watching. Walking time around the area will be around 3 hours in total at sea level.
You will be able to observe the seals from a safe distance - we ask you to respect the park rules and not get too close to wildlife, as disruptions could cause seal cubs to run away and get separated from their families and we don't want this to happen.
This is going to be a day trip. Event times are yet for a general idea only.
This trip is open for everyone - so make sure you invite your friends too! :))
